10. The MUSIC ;n HEAL Path: Payment and Money-Back Guarantee

The MUSIC ;n HEAL Path is a paid educational and community offering hosted on Skool. The price shown at checkout is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription.

Lifetime Money-Back Guarantee

If you decide The MUSIC ;n HEAL Path isn't right for you, you may request a full refund of your one-time purchase payment at any time after purchase. There is no deadline for requesting a refund.

You don't need to complete any lessons, attend sessions, demonstrate results, or explain your decision.

To request a refund, email Jon@musicnheal.com with the name and email address used for your purchase. If available, please include your receipt or transaction reference so we can locate the payment.

We will initiate your refund within 10 business days after locating and verifying your purchase. Refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. If that isn't possible, we will arrange an alternative method with you. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Once your purchase is refunded, access to the paid Path community, Classroom, resources, and included live sessions will end.

This guarantee applies only to your purchase of The MUSIC ;n HEAL Path. Private coaching and other separately purchased services are governed by their own terms.

This is a money-back guarantee, not a guarantee of any particular healing result. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

11. No Warranties

Except for the express money-back guarantee in section 10 and any rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded, this website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

MUSIC ;n HEAL doesn't guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.

MUSIC ;n HEAL doesn't guarantee that the content will always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your specific situation.

Nothing in this section limits or overrides the lifetime money-back guarantee for The MUSIC ;n HEAL Path described in section 10. That guarantee concerns refunds and does not promise any particular healing result, emotional outcome, or personal transformation.
