My dear fellow survivor,
You don't have to walk this path alone.
MUSIC ;n HEAL helps suicide loss survivors begin with one safer healing step through Awareness, Discernment, Regulation, and Integration.
Skool is opening soon. For now, start here and stay connected as the Healing Path unfolds.
My dear fellow survivor,
If you found your way here after losing someone physically to suicide, I'm deeply sorry you're walking this path.
MUSIC ;n HEAL exists to support suicide loss survivors through emotional safety, nervous system regulation, spiritual connection, healing habits, music medicine, and post-traumatic growth.
Not by forcing you to move on, asking you to forget, or rushing your grief, but by helping you gently learn how to keep living after suicide loss, one healing step at a time.
Maybe you've watched videos.
Maybe you've read blog posts.
Maybe you've listened to podcast episodes.
Maybe you've searched for healing after suicide loss, suicide loss support, hope after suicide, or how to keep living after suicide loss.
And maybe part of you is wondering: Where do I actually start?
That's why the MUSIC ;n HEAL Healing Path exists.
The Healing Path helps you place your next step inside four survivor-safe stages:
Awareness
Discernment
Regulation
Integration
You don't need to figure out your whole healing journey today.
You only need to take your next most helpful step.

You begin noticing what's happening inside you:
Your thoughts
Your emotions
Your grief patterns
Your survival responses
Your connection with your Soul Angel(s)
Awareness helps you stop judging yourself and start understanding yourself.

You begin asking:
What's helping me heal?
What's keeping me in survival mode?
What feels supportive today?
What feels too heavy right now?
Discernment helps you choose what heals without shaming what helped you survive.

You begin practicing emotional safety:
One breath
One song
One pause
One boundary
One healing response
One nervous-system-safe rhythm
Regulation helps your body begin to feel that healing can be approached gently.

You begin living the healing.
Not perfectly or all at once, but through small daily practices that help you carry love, memory, meaning, music, and your Soul Angel(s) forward with you.
Integration helps healing become part of how you live, respond, remember, and grow.
The MUSIC ;n HEAL Healing Path is opening soon inside Skool.
Until that doorway is fully ready, I invite you to begin in our free MUSIC ;n HEALer Tribe, where you can receive gentle support, healing resources, and connection with fellow survivors.
This is your first step toward walking the Healing Path through Awareness, Discernment, Regulation, and Integration.
You're not broken: you're grieving, you're healing, and you're learning how to live with love that still lives.
Start with one safer step.
Skool is opening soon. For now, start here and stay connected as the Healing Path unfolds.
Soon into my healing journey after surviving two suicide losses in 2015 and 2016, it became clear that my soul's purpose is to support suicide loss survivors as they rebuild emotional safety, reconnect spiritually, and grow through what they go through.
When I realized that music, breathwork, healing habits, and my connection with my Soul Angels could help me regulate my nervous system and keep healing one step at a time, I created MUSIC ;n HEAL to share that path with fellow survivors.
MUSIC ;n HEAL exists because suicide loss survivors deserve more than pressure to "move on" or prove they're thriving. They deserve a trauma-informed healing path that honors survival, supports emotional safety, and helps them practice real healing skills at a pace their nervous system can trust.
My soul mission is to help every MUSIC ;n HEALer remember that healing after suicide loss doesn't mean losing connection with their Soul Angel(s). It means learning how to stay connected, receive guidance, practice healing habits, and grow through grief with more support, safety, and hope.
I believe suicide loss survivors can heal without forcing themselves to pretend they're okay, rush their grief, or turn thriving into another burden.
Healing after suicide loss begins with emotional safety.
From there, the MUSIC ;n HEAL Healing Path unfolds through four steps:
Awareness
Discernment
Regulation
Integration
Awareness helps us notice what our healing is trying to show us.
Discernment helps us choose our most helpful next step.
Regulation helps our nervous system feel safe enough to practice that step.
Integration helps our healing become part of how we live.
MUSIC ;n HEAL uses music medicine, breathwork, healing habits, and spiritual connection with our Soul Angel(s) to help survivors move from disconnection toward connection, from survival pressure toward emotional safety, and from feeling alone in grief toward a healing path they can practice one step at a time.
You, music, and your Soul Angel(s) are all connected through energy, memory, love, and meaning.
When music becomes medicine, healing doesn't have to feel like forcing a new normal. It can become a rhythm of reconnecting with your heart, your nervous system, your Soul Angel(s), and the part of you that's still here.
What you now fear is only loss can also become the beginning of a deeper healing path.
Not because the pain disappears, you stop missing your Soul Angel(s), or you force yourself to thrive before you're ready, but because healing after suicide loss can grow when you begin practicing small, repeatable healing skills that help your nervous system feel safer, your heart feel less alone, and your connection with your Soul Angel(s) feel more present.
Through the MUSIC ;n HEAL Healing Path, survivors practice emotional safety, breathwork, music medicine, healing habits, spiritual connection, and post-traumatic growth after suicide loss.
This path is not about fixing grief; it's about learning how to grow through what you go through.
One breath.
One song.
One healing habit.
One honest reflection.
One connection with your Soul Angel(s).
One next step on the path.
If your soul has been thirsting for more understanding, support, connection, and healing after suicide loss, I invite you to stay connected.
Subscribe to the MUSIC ;n HEAL Blog so each new healing message can meet you as the path unfolds.
The MUSIC ;n HEAL Healing Path is growing, and more support is coming soon.
